PCL really made a difference when we were starting up my company in Kenya. Due to its combination of a collaborative working style with their partner organisations and a strong network  of consultants  who have in depth technical knowledge on National Environmental Management Agency (NEMA) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), i was able to get approval with a month for a project that had stagnated due to the NEMA and OSH legal requirements for more than a year.
